To secure the booking a depositary payment of 30% is requested.

Payment balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Security and service deposit of EURO 15.000, is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.

If payments are not received in time we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges as detailed bellow.

Cancellations fees:

• until 16 weeks before arrival 0%
• until 10 weeks before arrival 35% of booking value
• until 4 weeks before arrival 50% of booking value
• shorter than 4 weeks before arrival 90% of booking value.

Check in – Check out

Check in to the property on the day of arrival is starting from 4pm.

Check out at 10am on day of departure.

Security and service deposit

Main guest is liable for any breakages, damage or deterioration to the property caused by group members. These costs will be deducted from the security and service deposit as well as consumables and costs for third party services.

Third party services

We may arrange services from third party suppliers such as specialist catering, additional ski instructors, ski passes, airport transfes, childcare, babysitting and other third party services. These arrangements will be subject to that party’s terms and conditions of business.
